If you're interested in learning R, you've probably previewed a lot of bad videos on youtube. Most of them have bad sound, are meandering, lacking in substance or all of the above. I have, however, come across a series that were done by David Langer, an engineer at Microsoft, that are well done. They are informative, have substance, and are easy to follow.
Introduction to R
He has six videos of approx. 1 hour each. If you have some familiarity with R, you can breeze through the first one (after getting your environment setup for his examples), but otherwise they are worth it.
